Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Builder to join our woodworking team. This role focuses on building high-quality custom cabinets from start to finish, including reading shop drawings, assembling components, and ensuring precision craftsmanship. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build custom cabinets and millwork from shop drawings and production plans
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and fixture details
• Cut, assemble, and construct cabinet components with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Identify and resolve build or fit issues during production
• Assist with equipment upkeep and basic maintenance as needed
• Support a strong workplace safety culture

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of woodworking hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and schedules
• Experience with CNC or CAD systems is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and consistent, dependable attendance

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift materials up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent handling of lumber, sheet goods, and cabinet components
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements
