Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in machinery.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and test machinery to meet specified operational parameters and quality standards.
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during field service operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery or automation equipment.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, including experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software for work order management and documentation.
• Certification in a specific manufacturing technology (e.g., robotics, PLCs, industrial automation).
• Proven ability to train end-users or less experienced technicians on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in a service environment.
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in languages common within the local manufacturing workforce or customer base.
