Accounts Payable Specialist
$20 - $23 per hourCollabera
Job TitleMUST HAVESHigh school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by coursework in bookkeeping and/or accounting, with 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in bookkeeping, accounting/clerical support, customer service, billing, and/or collections.Hands-on experience working with financial transactions, invoices, payments, cash receipts, billing, or account reconciliation.Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations and reconcile financial information accurately and efficiently.Working knowledge of Word and Excel or comparable word-processing and spreadsheet software, with the ability to accurately enter and maintain information in computerized systems.Basic knowledge of debt collection requirements and cash/check handling practices, including identifying and appropriately handling potentially fraudulent transactions.Range: $20-23/hrThe Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.AccountingExcel
