@Home Therapy is seeking a dedicated OT to provide personalized home-based therapy services to adults and older adults in the Jackson Heights area.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients in their home environment and help them improve their ability to perform everyday activities safely and independently.

Your Role Will Include:

• Evaluating patients' functional abilities and needs.
• Creating personalized occupational therapy programs.
• Supporting independence with ADLs and other daily activities.
• Assessing upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and safety.
• Providing education to patients and caregivers.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Current NYS Occupational Therapist license.
