CNA/OVERNIGHT CAREGIVER

CNA/Caregiver – One-on-One In-Home Care | All Shifts

**Location: Fairview, Oklahoma**
**Schedule: PRN | Days, Evenings, Overnights and Weekends**
**Weekly Pay**

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking dependable and compassionate **CNAs and experienced caregivers** to provide personalized, one-on-one care for clients in their homes in the **Fairview area**.

This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who enjoy building meaningful relationships and helping older adults remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

Responsibilities

* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs
* Help with mobility, transfers and fall-prevention measures
* Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
* Provide medication reminders
* Assist with errands and transportation when needed
* Follow each client’s individualized care plan
* Complete accurate and detailed shift documentation
* Communicate changes or concerns promptly to the office
* Maintain client dignity, privacy and safety

## Qualifications

* Current CNA certification is strongly preferred
* Previous caregiving or personal-care experience is preferred
* Compassionate, reliable and dependable
* Comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client’s home
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance
* Ability to pass all required background screenings
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Availability for days, evenings, overnights or weekends
