Requirements Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degrees from an accredited college or university in computer science, GIS, engineering, or related field At least four (4) years of experience working on GIS development projects using the following skills: ESRI ArcGIS desktop, ArcGIS Server and REST APIs, and ArcSDE. At least three (3) years of experience with Oracle or other RDBMS, SQL, and/or PL/SQL. At least three (3) years of experience with other industry-standard technologies such as XML, Web services, application servers, and Web servers. At least one (1) year of experience developing web mapping applications using Flex.
