Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Sam's Club #4963, 1270 N Bridge St, Chillicothe, OH 45601-1852 Position Summary Prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for members by following recipes and preparing warm rotisserie chicken. They wrap, label, and store merchandise, ensure freshness, and support members with bakery orders. The role requires juggling tasks and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of prepared food product specifications and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to educate other associates. Prepare food according to item specifications, plan production, and ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory standards. Leverage digital tools for production decisions, training, and quality control. Drive area performance, manage inventory, maintain quality and date control, eliminate waste, and assist customers following company policies. Represent the department and club, model high quality service, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and participate in continuous improvement. Complete work assignments prioritizing policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers; identify priorities and recommend improvements. Ensure high‑quality products are available, shelves are clean, temperature control is maintained, expiration dates are verified, and lower‑quality food is disposed of properly. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Food Service or Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Salary and Benefits Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the location). Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
