Enrollment Specialist The Enrollment Specialist conducts face-to-face and virtual enrollments to consumers who will receive financial management services that support them in the self-direction model of care and serves as an advocate and promoter of self-direction by educating consumers and facilitating the consumer's understanding of self-direction. Responsibilities: Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner. Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate. Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience. Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Upholds company values and mission. Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred. Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position. Experience and Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a related field Strong oral and written communication skills Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 Work Environment: Work is performed in an enrollee's home or remote office setting. Frequent travel is required. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for face-to-face meetings.
