Security Site Supervisor - Norwood, MA Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00PM - 12:00AM Pay Rate: $23.00/hr A Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client sites. This includes supervising personnel, ensuring adherence to post orders, and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Training & Development: Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness. Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence. Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports. Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience. Must meet all state and local licensing requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing. Reliable transportation and communication.
