Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Director of Civil Engineering for their Tampa team! Responsibilities:
Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Director of Civil Engineering for their Tampa team! Responsibilities:
- Develop,initiate and implement a business plan/strategy building
- Build/maintainclient relationships
- Assistwith business development opportunities
- Recruit/retainhigh performing team members
- Mentor/trainjunior staff
- Interactand collaborate with other Directors and company leaders across Floridaand corporate wide
- Develop,manage and achieve financial metrics of the group, ensuring profitabilityand sustainable growth
- Monitor/directproject managers to achieve project and financial success overall projectswithin the group
- Negotiatecontracts, fees, and terms with clients and other partners
- Ensurecompany high quality design standards are met
- BS in Civil Engineering
- PELicense
- 12+years of Civil design experience
- Broadcivil engineering expertise and an understanding of basic FLA permittingrequirements
- Experiencewith municipal and other public projects preferred
- Experience managing staff/clients
