POSITION SUMMARY/FUNCTIONS

The Molpus Woodlands Group, LLC maintains a full legal team on staff. The legal intern position at MWG will serve as a support role for the legal department. Duties shall include, but not be limited to the following:

• Drafting various correspondence and documents related to timber sales, land sales, rights of way and other transactions which pertain to client properties;

• Drafting various documents related to option and solar projects;

• Reviewing legal descriptions related to land sales, rights of way and other real estate transactions;

• Preparing engagement and closing packets for real estate transactions to outside counsel and title companies;

• Calendaring deadlines and other such events;

• Completing special projects and other assigned tasks under the direction of Molpus' General Counsel and Corporate Counsel.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency with common business computer software, including spreadsheet, word-processing, presentation, and data base software.

• Must be a dependable team player with strong ethics.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
