Tax Accountant

Tax Accountant - Our client seeks a highly organized Tax Accountant in their Des Moines, IA office. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity where you will earn up to $130,000 based on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm 100% in office. Some of your responsibilities as a Tax Accountant will include: Communicating with clients to ensure timely collection of information Preparing tax estimates and returns Serving as the tax subject matter expert Assisting with ongoing accounting services Scheduling review cycle of tax preparation and estimates Coordinating with IT resources to maintain and improve tax software Other duties as assigned To qualify for the Tax Accountant, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
