Reach Truck operator - 45

Job Description Staff Force is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. As an Forklift Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Utilize a warehouse management system to locate and pick items from designated locations Ensure accuracy by double-checking quantities and product codes Package orders securely to prevent damage during transit Operate material handling equipment such as cherry pickers and reach trucks Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar role preferred Mechanical knowledge for operating material handling equipment Previous experience on a sit down forklift Proficiency in materials handling techniques Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to [50] pounds Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm *Must be flexible to work the schedules provided.* We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
