CareNational is now hiring a compassionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time contract at a respected Long-Term Care/Post-Acute Rehab facility in Grants Pass , OR .

Pay Details:
$36.00 - $37.79

Work Setting:
Onsite | Rehab Department - Long-Term Care / Post-Acute Facility

Position Details:
Location: Grants Pass, OR
Schedule: Variable Days
Shift: Variable Shift
Hours: 5 Shifts / 40 Hours per Week
Type: 13-Week Full-Time Contract
Start Date: ASAP

Certification Requirements:

COTA - Oregon License (Required)
BLS Certification - AHA (Required)

Skill Requirements:

Active Oregon licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to implement treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist
Knowledge of geriatric and post-acute rehab practices
Ability to document care and patient progress accurately
Effective problem-solving and time management skills
Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic activities and treatments as directed by the OT
Support patients in improving their ability to perform daily living tasks
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
Foster positive, therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with state and federal rehab regulations
