Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LICSW at Evolve Social Work Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy to individuals facing mental health challenges, specifically within the context of substance abuse treatment.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Administering therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for substance abuse recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records that adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and effective care of clients.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current LICSW license in Massachusetts.
