Responsibilities General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store/operation, including store sales and volume. Maintain quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve and manage profit margin goals. Create and manage employee schedules. Place inventory orders and manage procurement. Lead employee training and lead by example. Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager. Qualifications Education: High school degree or equivalent 2 Year QSR experience preferred Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler Must have reliable transportation Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge; strong personality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Desire to improve self and skill sets Ability to communicate effectively with guests Participate in Jersey Mike's training programs Ability to meet scheduling requirements and be a reliable performer This website is not operated by Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems.
