Primary Responsibilities: Provide support with billing, patient payments, patient inquires Processing assistance applications Helping get insurance coverage and resolving patient issues Help patients apply for Medicaid and special Medicaid programs. The team processed over 700 Medicaid applications last month, 755 financial assistance applications and collected approx. $127,000 What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED 1+ years of experience accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems ensuring attention to detail 1+ years of professional experience in administrative support, customer service, healthcare operations, or related support roles Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30am - 5pm Ability to work occasional overtime, weekends or holidays as needed Must be 18 years of age OR older **PLEASE NOTE** The sign-on bonus is only available to external candidates.
