We are currently seeking Guest Experience Hosts to join our founding team and help shape the guest journey from arrival to farewell. This role is not a traditional front desk position. It’s part hospitality host, part concierge, part operations support, and part experience curator. We are looking for individuals who naturally make people feel welcomed, seen, cared for, and excited to be here. About the Role As a Guest Experience Host, you will help oversee and elevate the day-to-day guest experience across the property. This role sits at the center of bohème’s hospitality philosophy and will play a major part in setting the tone, energy, and overall feeling guests take away from their stay. You will assist with guest arrivals, departures, concierge-style recommendations, communications both virtually and in person, operational coordination, event support, rooftop and lobby activations, and helping ensure every guest interaction feels thoughtful, elevated, and memorable. This role works closely with the General Manager and broader operations team and is ideal for someone who combines emotional intelligence, professionalism, warmth, and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay Manage guest check-ins and guest communications through our Management Software as well as in person. Provide concierge-style recommendations and local Austin guidance Support daily front-of-house operations Help coordinate guest requests and resolve issues thoughtfully and efficiently Assist with rooftop, lobby, and event activations Support operational and administrative needs of management Maintain a polished, warm, and hospitality-forward environment Learn and utilize hotel operational systems including Cloudbeds Help create personalized and memorable guest experiences Adapt to changing priorities, guest needs, and fluid schedules What We’re Looking For Previous hospitality, hotel, concierge, restaurant, or customer-facing experience preferred Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills A true desire to satisfy the needs of others Warm, approachable, and naturally personable Grace under pressure in fast-moving environments Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to anticipate guest needs proactively Professional, polished, and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to balance warmth, discretion, and problem-solving Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional late nights Minimum of 30hrs/week Starting at $20/hour Performance-based bonus potential Health Insurance Vision Insurance Opportunities for growth within Elysian and bohème Opportunity to help shape the guest experience of a brand-new luxury boutique hotel in Austin Special discounts on room stays and F&B tickets at all Elysian owned hotels as well as discounted rents at all Elysian owned Apartment complexes.
