Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Salary: 80000 to 110000 per year

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse and logistics operations in a fast paced project based manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow inventory accuracy and strong team leadership while supporting production and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving put away picking kitting staging transfers and shipping
Design and improve warehouse layout storage strategies and material flow processes
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting discrepancy analysis and corrective actions
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics including freight coordination and shipment prioritization
Partner with purchasing planning engineering and production teams to resolve material flow challenges
Own warehouse execution within ERP and warehouse systems ensuring accurate transactions
Promote a strong culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement
Lead train and develop a team of 6 to 10 employees
Establish clear work instructions performance expectations and productivity standards
Identify inefficiencies and implement lean improvements to optimize operations
Required Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics management
Experience working in an engineer to order or project based manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management systems such as Epicor SAP or Oracle
Experience managing and leading warehouse teams
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean or continuous improvement training or certification
Forklift or material handling equipment oversight experience
APICS certification
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8 to 5
Interview Process:
1.5 hour in person interview focused on core competencies and leadership
Final onsite panel interview with leadership team
