Shift Lead - Shift Manager

Classic Fun Center is looking for responsible individuals with a drive and passion for making lives better! Our managers are not only responsible for the satisfaction of our guests, but they are also responsible for the happiness and efficiency of their team. Classic's Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Wednesday: 12pm - 9pm
- Thursday - Saturday: 12pm - 12am
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively resolve guest issues, complaints, and frustrations
- Previous experience in entertainment, retail, food, or service
- Willingness and ability to work hard and lead by example
- Weekend availability
- 18 or older
- Ability to work 25 or more hours per week
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to undergo a 4 - 6 month manager training period
