The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily clinical operations. Responsibilities Assist the dentist with procedures Manage dental assistants’ schedules Maintain inventory Ensure a positive patient experience Requirements Registered Dental Assistant certification Experience in pediatric dentistry Strong communication and organizational skills Leadership/management experience preferred Bilingual is a plus Sealant certification Nitrous oxide certification Schedule and Compensation Schedule: 3 - 4 weekdays and at least 2 Saturdays a month.
