Public Affairs & Digital Communications Specialist
Virginia Passenger Rail Authority (VPRA)
The Virginia Passenger Rail Authority (VPRA) is seeking a part-time Communication Specialist to create engaging content and manage communications. This role will support VPRA’s mission by strengthening relationships with stakeholders through effective use of social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing and organizational skills, have experience in content management, and be able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
