Quick Facts: Location: Olympia, WA Start Date: 04/01/2026 Position Duration: Ongoing/Full-Time Shift: Call coverage (24 hours, 0700-0700) as needed; clinic and OR days scheduled during standard hours Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours (including clinic, OR, and call) Employment Type: Full-time Locum/Perm opportunity Licenses/Certs: Physician Urology License in Washington Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (rate subject to confirmation) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per state and federal law Supportive 24/7 team dedicated throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary Urology provider on call (0700-0700, 24/7 coverage) with APP backup support Manage clinic duties, including outpatient consultations and follow-up care Participate in scheduled OR procedures, including urological surgeries and procedures Cover approximately 10-12 days of call per month, with typical call volume of 3-4 days Work in a busy outpatient clinic with support staff, including RN, MA, and APPs Conduct emergent and scheduled urological care in a hospital setting when needed Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes What You Need: Valid Urology Physician license in Washington State Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Availability to work 10-12 days per month, including weekends and weekdays Preferred: Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient urology setting Availability for extended call coverage About the Assignment: Join a highly regarded team at a prominent facility in Olympia, WA, committed to providing superior urological care.
