Working Hours:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Summary:

\n

The Clinic Controller provides leadership oversight to Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis to ensure accurate recording and reporting of clinic financial information. This role organizes and maintains financial accounting processes and procedures including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, financial reporting (internal & external), forecasting and tax information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n

\n
1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance is required. Masters Degree in  Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred. 
\n
2. Minimum 5 years experience in public accounting or 7+ years of related experience  with progressive responsibility is required.
\n
3. CPA is preferred. 
\n
4. Knowledge of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, credit, investments, and internal controls. 
\n
5. Knowledge of management practices to direct assigned staff. Knowledge of company's strategic business objectives and employee performance objectives. 
\n
6. Skill in analyzing financial data and preparing appropriate related reports.
\n
7. Skill in relating organizational objectives to financial policies on cost, fees, credit, etc. 
\n
8. Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
