What You'll Do Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Build lasting relationships by learning each client's wellness goals Guide clients through a consultative, relationship-focused membership conversation Recommend memberships, service enhancements, and retail products that support each client's wellness journey Meet and exceed membership and sales goals Schedule appointments and manage client communications by phone, text, and in person Follow up with prospective and existing clients to strengthen relationships and increase retention Resolve client questions with confidence, empathy, and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture Who We're Looking For You're someone who: Loves talking with people and building genuine relationships Is motivated by goals, commissions, and personal achievement Enjoys helping others find solutions that improve their lives Brings positive energy and professionalism to every interaction Is dependable, punctual, and accountable Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking Is coachable, eager to learn, and committed to personal growth Enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of your results Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Membership sales Retail sales Customer service Hospitality Spa, salon, fitness, or wellness Front desk or client services Call center or consultative sales No massage industry experience? That's okay! We'll provide the training and tools you need to become an expert in our services and membership program.
