We are interviewing District Managers with QSR background to oversee our Meridian, Mississippi area locations.

We need veteran " Fast-Casual" District Managers or experienced QSR District Managers to help us grow! We believe that “bland and flavorless” is just downright bad...when it come to food ...or your restaurant management career !

We Offer:

Competitive Salary ($75-85K base )

· Must be tenured ... 3+ years minimum experience as Restaurant Area Manager or District Manager

· Must have experience overseeing a market of 5 or more units

· Must have a track record of people development

· Must have a track record of controlling profitable P&L’s

· Must be fluent in driving sales...

· Must be a strong organizer and executer...

· Must have strong training skills in all areas of operations

· Must have a “lightening-rod” personality

· Must be willing to throw away the clipboard...and get involved in the game!
