Dental Assistant

Job Description

Qualifications:

A current CPR certification
An active X-ray license

Reponsibilities:

Assist the doctor in all dental procedures
Set up and breakdown operatory rooms
Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies and treatments
Take X-rays when necessary
Prepare materials for crowns, fillings, or dental impressions
Support patient charting for the doctor
Perform various office tasks as necessary
Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction and treatment
You will have the support and training you need to maximize your career potential

Additional Notes:

EFDA certification is preferred.
Scrubs will be purchased by the office for new employees
