Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room provides critical patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced trauma and emergency response skills. This role requires collaboration with medical teams to deliver high-quality, efficient care in urgent situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions rapidly to determine priority and appropriate care interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and facilitate procedures according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient status closely, identifying changes or deterioration for prompt action.
• Document patient care accurately and comprehensively in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for effective patient management.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Have Level 1 or 2 trauma experience.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and emergency response skills.
• Capable of functioning effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
