Registered Nurse RN - Magnet Program Coordinator

Overview Department: Nursing Administration Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, 7:30am-4:00pm Facility: St. Mary's of Nazareth Hospital Location: Chicago, IL 60622 Responsibilities Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation. Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® requirements. Excellent computer skills are required including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access). Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects. Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with exceptional professional work ethics. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 to $53.58.
