Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Chambersburg, PA
Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Schedule

• Day Shift
• 5 x 8-Hour Shifts
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No call required

Required Certification

• Active CNA Certification

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and record vital signs as directed
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meals and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
• Document care provided according to facility policies
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
