Experienced HVAC Service Technician

$120,000 - $145,000 Per Year | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Take-Home Truck

Botts & Tye is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000 - $145,000 , depending on experience

The Work

This is a varied HVAC position — not the same kind of call every day.

You'll work approximately 70% service and 30% installation , primarily in residential environments with some light commercial work. Equipment includes:

• Furnaces and air conditioners

• Heat pumps

• Boilers

• Tankless water heaters

• Radiant heating

• Geothermal systems

• Generac whole-house generators

• Preventive maintenance

Most technicians handle roughly four service calls per day. You'll receive your schedule the night before and, when your truck is already stocked, can often head directly to your first customer.

What We're Looking For

We're primarily interested in an experienced, well-rounded HVAC technician who is comfortable troubleshooting, servicing, maintaining, and installing equipment without needing constant supervision.

EPA certification is required. Propane/CETP certification is preferred but can be obtained quickly. You'll need your own standard hand and trade tools; major equipment is provided by the company.

Schedule

The normal day begins around 8:00 AM . Technicians participate in an on-call rotation approximately 7 days per month .
