Requirements:
1520 years of consumer lending compliance and regulatory experience, with deep expertise in lending risk and financial-services advisory
Comprehensive knowledge of consumer lending regulations: ECOA/Reg B, TILA/Reg Z, FCRA/Reg V, UDAAP/UDAP, SCRA, FDCPA/Reg F, and fair-lending requirements
Demonstrated expertise in compliance management systems, monitoring and testing, risk assessments, and control frameworks
Strong experience in issue management, policy governance, third-party oversight, and executive/Board-level communication and reporting
Proven ability to independently challenge controls, assess governance structures, and identify compliance and consumer-risk gaps across lending operations
Track record advising on origination, servicing, collections, and exception management across the lending lifecycle
