Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated RN to join our team on the night shift. The RN/LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. Location: Dublin, OH Position Type: Full-Time Night Shift (Rotating weekend shift) Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RN/LPN Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members. Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service. Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Experience Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred. Experience Experience supervising nursing staff preferred. Skills & Abilities Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
