Job Details ResponsibilitiesShipment Delivery on time per customer's request.Coordinate full-cycle of ocean and air import shipments from origin country to final destinationsPrepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearanceEnsure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirementsCommunicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departmentsTrack, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processingIssue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companiesMaintain accurate records and data entry in the internal systemQualificationsExperience in ocean or air import operations or international freight forwarding preferredExcellent organizational and communication skills.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
