Summary Provide expert beauty and fragrance guidance while delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships. Support sales across in-store and online channels, offer beauty consultations and makeup application lessons, and maintain an engaging merchandise presentation. Responsibilities Create a welcoming, seamless, and enjoyable in-store customer experience. Build and cultivate customer relationships through service and product knowledge. Drive sales with in-store and online clients using available technology. Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, and trend advice. Support merchandising and operational requirements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous selling experience; cosmetics experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
