• Guaranteed Base Salary: $490,360—clear, competitive, and dependable.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $490K
• Paid Time Off: 30 days PTO, inclusive of CME—yes, that's a full month.
• Sick Leave: 5 sick days
• Holidays: 7 paid holidays
• CME Allowance: $4,000 annually
