Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-speed manual key data entry and verification of hardcopy documents (15,000 KS per hour)
• Validate document classification of automatically classified digital documents
• Review and correct exceptions in automatically extracted data and redactions
• Enter metadata index information manually from digital documents
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of digitally converted documents
• Validate incoming checks, reconcile batch totals, and distribute amounts per customer requirements
• Analyze check data for proper payee, valid date, and signatures; generate return letters when necessary
• Compare hardcopy documents to digital versions to ensure compliance with customer quality standards
• Meet deadlines by maintaining steady work pace while ensuring accuracy
• Complete administrative paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner
• Adapt to changing situations and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and production standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
