Patient and Site Engagement Operations Specialist

ICON seeks a Patient and Site Engagement Operations Specialist to lead patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials. The role involves managing recruitment activities, collaborating across teams, analyzing enrollment data, and partnering with advocacy groups to optimize trial enrollment while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute patient recruitment strategies to ensure timely clinical trial enrollment
- Collaborate with clinical operations, marketing, and external vendors on recruitment campaigns
- Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify challenges and improve enrollment outcomes
- Engage with patient advocacy groups and community organizations to build recruitment partnerships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines throughout recruitment process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field
- Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical skills to assess recruitment data and optimize enrollment strategies
- Commitment to ethical and compliant recruitment practices
