- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional smile
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for our agents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, calls, and messages
- Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
- Help with office errands
- Organize office supplies when needed
- Participate in marketing events
- Outstanding communication skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling software)
- Supportive and fun work environment
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
