Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

As an Acute Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you provide patient-centered nursing care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in an inpatient rehab setting. You assess and monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, document care accurately, and respond to changes in condition. You collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families on diagnoses, rehab goals, medications, and discharge plans to support safe recovery and functional independence.
