What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Install HVAC components and complete system replacements as needed.
• Explain repair recommendations and maintenance options to customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate service documentation using mobile technology.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Participate in an on-call rotation when required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues.
• Experience servicing gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air handlers.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits
