Sales Enablement Coordinator

Supporting the go-to-market enablement initiatives, the full-time remote Readiness & Operations Coordinator - Sales Enablement will manage scheduling, logistics, and communications for global programs while maintaining accurate records and reporting for the enablement function. Key responsibilities Coordinate scheduling and logistics for onboarding cohorts, bootcamps, and certifications Maintain the global enablement calendar and ensure program owners have accurate timelines and materials Prepare recurring reports on program completion, attendance, and usage for leadership review Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, program support, or administrative roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency with calendar tools and spreadsheets, and quick adaptability to new SaaS platforms Clear written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across different time zones Sound judgment in handling tasks and escalating issues when necessary Virtual Vocations Inc
