Fleet Sales Coordinator

The Fleet Sales Coordinator will support the fleet and public safety management teams in creating unique customer quotes, with the guidance of the sales management team. This position will attend and participate in customer meetings, as necessary, and respond to customer correspondence relating to all RealTruck products and their quoting. In addition, this role will help develop sales opportunities with the fleet management team. This position will be the internal front-line hub in all sales quoting for the RealTruck fleet and public safety team.

Core functions include processing all fleet and public safety customer quote requests for all RealTruck products, assisting the fleet and public safety sales team in developing and responding to the request for quotes, meeting with fleet customers via Teams, conference calls and in person visits as needed with fleet team management, updating all expired quotes and all price changes that may occur on any open quotes, answering general inquiries on pricing, quoting and quote/P.O. updates, communicating recognized sales opportunities to the Fleet team management for review and action, providing exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers via the fleet and public safety channel, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at every customer touchpoint, achieving established goals or deadlines set for the department via management and leadership, ensuring accuracy of customer records, orders & P.O.'s, and updating as needed, keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints as related to fleet and public safety quoting and quote processing, completing customer transactions, documentation, and/or data control to meet RealTruck and Sales management's processing deadline goals, displaying high levels of accountability by following instructions or guidance provided by leadership, continuously improving job specific skills, system comprehension, and technical acumen in vehicle/product build knowledge through training, and performing additional needs and duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements include a high school diploma or GED is required. Technical Certification or Associates Degree preferred. Two to five years of customer service, hospitality, technical support, or related work experience is required. Driver's license is required. Skills, abilities, and knowledge include knowledge of fleet and public safety product lines and models, quoting procedures, quoting processes, and other related fleet systems. Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to maintain/exceed overall performance with high levels of accuracy. Ability to proofread and check documentation on a regular basis. Ability to demonstrate flexibility and innovation to resolve problematic issues in a professional manner. Advanced organization, prioritization, and attention to detail skills. Ability to work independently or with others in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attendance and dependability. Ability to respond to common inquiries. Ability to become proficient using multilateral computer systems and technology. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Promotes a team atmosphere through a positive attitude and working well with others. Occasional travel may be required.

Supervisor responsibilities include individual contributor: working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities.

Physical requirements include light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls require exertion of force greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work. Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting, talking, and hearing. Visual acuity is required to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes. Working conditions include an inside office environment and occasional warehouse conditions, including heat, noise and hazards from a warehouse-based environment.
