What You’ll Be Doing

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Supporting clients with mobility and physical activities.
  • Helping with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or caregiving capacity.
  • A compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • A commitment to maintaining clients’ dignity and independence.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow care plans accurately.
