What You’ll Be Doing

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Supporting clients with mobility and physical activities.
Helping with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behavior.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or caregiving capacity.
A compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
A commitment to maintaining clients’ dignity and independence.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow care plans accurately.
