This role ensures equipment operates efficiently through preventive maintenance, scheduled calibrations, and re-qualification activities. Responsibilities include setting up and using specialized equipment to test and calibrate instruments, as well as aligning, repairing, replacing, and balancing mechanical and electrical components. The position requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills and hands-on experience with electronic assembly, cable work, and the use of mechanical and electrical tools to support production reliability and quality.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pmHourly rate: $28.50-30/hr. + 1.00 shift premium DOEWhat a typical day looks like:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic automated manufacturing systems including, programmable logic controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and belt and chain drive conveyor systems.Performs calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.Sets up standard and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate and calibrate other instruments and test equipment.
