Responsibilities Maintain professional relationships with customers Collecting payment from all service and parts customers Daily reconciliation for service and parts Incoming telephone calls, answering customer’s questions and making service appointments for the Dealerships Assisting with out-bound telephone calls to confirm service appointments Assigning technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs Qualifications Flexible schedule availability including Saturday hours Bilingual (Spanish-English) Must possess general computer skills Experience with ADP is a plus CDK experience preferred Why Ed Morse?
