The Opportunity:
Work directly alongside the owner of a thriving local custom window treatment franchise to drive sales, run day-to-day operations, and help take the business to the next level. A rare chance to learn how a successful small business runs - from the inside.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales and Manage Client relationships
- Handle Scheduling, invoicing and vendor coordination
- Support Owner in daily decisions and strategy
- Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Be the go to person for clients
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years in operations, sales or small business management
- Strong Communicator with Great Organizational Skills
- Some Knowledge of AI programs for improving efficiency
- Home Improvement or Design Experience a Plus
