Service Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service operations, leading a team of service professionals, and implementing strategies to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, train, and mentor service staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve customer experience.
- Monitor service metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a service management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Requirements:
