This role is part front desk receptionist , part patient guide and relationship builder . You’ll help patients with scheduling and check-in, but you’ll also play an important role in answering questions about the treatments the doctor recommends and helping patients understand their options, including the financial side of care. This position is incredibly important to the success of our practice. The right person can make the difference between a patient leaving uncertain and a patient leaving with hope and confidence .
