Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of cardiac surgery patients
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the total CVOR team for optimal outcomes
• Follow established protocols for infection control and patient safety
• Document care accurately and efficiently utilizing facility electronic health records
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout all phases of treatment

$2,464 - $2,696/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
